ONLY long terms renting, minimum 12 months rent

Payment of the monthly rent should be done by automatic transfer to bank account

A French apartment insurance is needed. The indicative price for a 1 room is 110 euro per year and 125 euro per year for a 2 rooms. Help can be provided to subscribe an insurance contract with AXA (well known French insurer)

Help can be provided for telephone and electricity subscription

A handy man can be provided for assistance during your moving

All apartments are located in the centre of Paris and are considered as calm and secure area

Closest metros are Filles du Calvaire, Saint Paul, Hotel de Ville, Arts et Métiers and Rambuteau
